They are awesome owners very nice and the rental rates are very reasonable

I’ve had storage at this location for six years. No complaints ..no negative anything. That doesn’t happen very often anymore!

Anytime we need a truck rental or storage solutions we use Arlington south self storage. Mike and Jan are always so helpful and nice. They try to help assist you to make your move smooth by offering special offers, not trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need and making sure you have what you need not what you don't need. I highly recommend them to everyone for U-Haul truck rental and storage needs.

Had a great experience picking up our U-Haul. Gentleman working at the office was super nice and helped us retrieve our discounted rate that U-Haul had magically changed on us. As for the vehicle, it was easy to retrieve and nice and clean. Would highly recommend!

I have had two storage units at this location for nearly a year and the staff have been nothing less than pleasant - even when I needed to rent a moving truck. They are completely hands-on with their clients and have even called me directly when there was an issue with my account (linking my separate units to one bill when I added the second)! Accountable matters when trusting a storage company to protect your valuables. I will always recommend them.

I have used Arlington South Self Storage for quite a while now and have come to appreciate their personalized friendly service. Over time issues on my part have come up here and there and Mike and Jan have always been helpful and kind. Jan’s son even helped me move in! The facilities are clean and secure. A little later I moved to Dallas, and I felt that they were so hospitable that I decided to keep everything there and take the longer trip if I ever need to access my things. That was almost 10 years ago. I know I sound like I’m gushing, but there is very little if anything to complain about.
